In recognition of his commitment to preserving Moroccan architectural heritage, Mohammed Bouazzaoui was decorated, on 23 May 2017, with the Wissam Al Moukafaa Al Watania (National Order of Merit), at the rank of Officer. This royal distinction rewards his expertise and his contribution to safeguarding and enhancing the Kingdom’s heritage.
